Bennett Meets With RLI Representatives7/7/2008
Stan C. Bennett of Southern Heritage Land Company Inc. recently met with representatives from different RLI Chapters from across the Southeast at the Evergreen Conference Center in Stone Mountain, GA for the first meeting of the Land Leadership Academy.
This course was developed by the Resource Development Associate of South Carolina in conjunction with RLI as a means to foster leadership qualities in its members, groom future leaders for RLI, and to create a forum for members to identify and discuss different issues and trends that are and will be affecting the land brokerage business. The two-day course covered topics such as: Leading in a Multi-Generational World, Decision Making, Problem Solving, and Influence, and Leadership Communications. States represented at this meeting were Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
