Robert (Bob) E. Hennig Clarksville Office » Bob Hennig » Zec Austin Bob Hennig has had an extremely varied career path, but all had one thing in common – his success. Bob is a native Virginian, but has lived in north Georgia for 30 years. He started in the military, in Rickover’s Nuclear Navy aboard a missile submarine. This training and experience led him to a career in industrial controls, and eventually led to the founding of his company, American Technical Services. The company rocketed to success, creating annual revenues of 44 million dollars in ten years. At this time, Bob also became interested in sports car racing. He earned is license and won a national championship in a professional series. He then became a team owner, and proceeded to win three additional championships. From race cars to horses - Bob is an avid horseman who has competed in endurance rides. He presently breeds and trains paint horses on his 50-acre farm in Lula, Georgia. Bob started in the real estate business in 1998. He has quickly achieved a name for himself in the industry, specializing in farms and land for sale in Georgia. Bob knows that service is the key to success, and his goal is to always be “dressed to play.” Bob is the managing broker of the Clarkesville office. He is a member of t he Habersham, White, Stephens County Board of Realtors where he is a Life Long Member of the Mulit-Million Dollar Club, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the Realtors Land Institute. Bob is also licensed in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Bob’s in-depth knowledge of the local area makes him a great asset to anyone who has land for sale in Georgia.
