Emil Joseph Ellijay Office » Thomas (Jay) Northcutt, Jr. » Emil Joseph Emil Joseph comes from the apparel-manufacturing sector. He learned the business working with several top manufacturers and retailers in the country. The business has brought him to many locations in the southeast. He became a plant manager at an early age of 26, and worked as Director of Manufacturing for North America with The Limited Stores. During the 90’s, Emil has an opportunity to own his own manufacturing company in Texas, where he lived until 2005. When his customers decided to go to China to make product, he was forced to close operations and move on. Emil decided to pursue his life long dream of selling real estate. He procured his Georgia Real Estate License in 2005. Emil’s passion for land led him to join the sales team of Southern Heritage Land Co., Inc.. He brings with him vast knowledge and management experience from the commercial market place.
