Jennifer McCannon joined our Southern Heritage team in January 2007 and is excited about entering into land sales.  She is a member of the Athens Area Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Jennifer became interested in land, timber, and farm sales while taking part in her husband’s, Jason McCannon’s, business, McCannon Clearing, in forestry and land related activities, thus leading to real estate as a future profession.  She is constantly learning new things about timberland leading to the best ways to market properties making them appealing to the buyer’s eye.

Jennifer is a native of Utah and has been in Georgia for six years.  She enjoys being outdoors and finding her way around the rural areas of our state.  She and Jason currently live in Oglethorpe County.  Jennifer can utilize her husband’s knowledge of the many timber company land tracts available in the Piedmont Region of Georgia to help you find just the right piece of land.  Whether it’s for recreational, investment or to build the home of your dreams, she’s the gal for you!
