Mickey Register Watkinsville Office » Bud Wiley » Mickey Register » Chuck Lee » Jennifer McCannon 706-354-0706 Office 706-540-1074 Cell Prior to joining Southern Heritage Land Company during 2005, Mickey Register has had a long career in retail sales. Following his graduation from the University of Georgia in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Mickey began his career in 1979 with Philip Morris U.S.A. as a Sales Representative. He continued this association until his departure in 1997. After a brief stint with Duplicating Systems, a machine and copier company in Athens, Ga., Mickey joined Leon Farmer & Co., an Anheuser- Busch distributor, serving the Northeast Georgia area, encompassing 26 counties. At Leon Farmer, Mickey assisted both the sales staff and the chain department in various aspects of the job, including market analysis, space planning plus and space to sales data information. Mickey has been a member of Central Presbyterian Church in Athens, Georgia since 1984, where is currently serving his second 3 year term as Elder. His wife, Christine, is an assistant principal in Madison County. Between them they have four children. Having been a former member of the University of Georgia baseball team from 1974-76, Mickey and Christine enjoy attending and supporting various UGA athletic events, as well as playing tennis, church softball, and other outdoor activities. Mickey is a sales representative in Southern Heritage Land Company’s Watkinsville Office, specializing in the sale of retail stores. As a result of having worked in retail sales for the past 25 years, Mickey brings to Southern Heritage the in depth knowledge of the convenience store business to assist in store acquisitions and other real estate concerns. |
