Philip has been involved with land management and stewardship all of his life. Learning from the passion that his family has set down from generations of land and wildlife management, Philip has continued to carry on the passion for the land through the continued education and implementation of the practices in his real estate career. Philip earned his degree in Business and Finance from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 1991. From there Philip has been involved in several self directed business operations which include a Lumber Mill and a Row Crop Farming Operation. Philip obtained his Georgia Real Estate License in 2005 and is currently licensed in Georgia and Florida. Philip’s Real Estate Career is active in Investments and Land Sales and started with Prudential Georgia Commercial and he is now with Southern Heritage Land Company Inc. Philip is a member of the Realtors Land Institute, Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Philip enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and flying helicopters. Philip resides in the Western Region of Georgia with his wife, Lisa and son, Justin.
