He has worked in construction management real estate sales, and for the last twenty-three years he has worked in real estate appraisals. As a Georgia General Certified Real Estate Appraiser, Haywood has had extensive training on appraisal principles, appraisal procedures, and landl appraising. Through the Realtors Land Institute, he also received continuing education training on subdivision development, site selection, transitional land, and conservation easements. Haywood has a wide range of experience working as an appraiser. He has conducted appraisals on most types of land and commercial real estate throughout the southeast, and is an expert witness in Masters and Superior Courts. The type of clients Haywood has worked with include large corporations, attorneys, banks, developers, and property owners. Haywood also has his real estate license and works with clients on various real estate needs out of the Clarksville office. Over the years, Haywood has become involved in several organizations including being a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Hall Country Board of realtors, and the Realtors Land Institute.
