Tom Ritch Tom Ritch is a native of Jesup, Ga graduating from WCHS in 1971. Attended Middle Georgia College and University of Georgia on an athletic scholarship. Graduated UGA with a BS in Forest Resources and Georgia College with Masters in Business Administration in 1977. Worked in the forest industry with Union Camp, Georgia Kraft, Temple Inland and Canal Wood until 2004. After that entered real estate and have been selling primarily timberland and farms since with Dempsey Auction Company and Southern Heritage Land Company. Received broker’s license and founded the Blue Green Land and Timber Company in 2011. “I retired in 2019 but have since gone back to work because of all the spare time I had and discovering the painful fact I’m just not that good of a golfer. Because of the excellent support I received from Southern Heritage Land Company, and the enjoyment of listing and selling a farm or tract of timberland, I have returned as an associate broker working out of Saint Simons. My wife Ashlyn and I live on Saint Simons.
