Kathy received her Georgia Real Estate license in 1986 and later earned her Georgia Real Estate Broker license. Kathy began her real estate career with various real estate firms in Gainesville, Georgia. Due to her interest and her husband’s involvement in the poultry and cattle markets, Kathy decided that pursuing a more active land and farm market would be the best career option for her. She joined the team at Southern Heritage Land Company. Kathy is a member of the Million-Dollar Club and the Hall County Board of Realtors. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Gainesville, and holds the position of Corporate Secretary for that Board. Kathy also serves as the President of Cooper Family Enterprises, Inc. Kathy is now an associate broker in Southern Heritage Land Company’s Gainesville office.
