Kathy received her Georgia Real Estate license in 1986 and later earned her Georgia Real Estate Broker license. Kathy began her real estate career with various real estate firms in Gainesville, Georgia. Due to her interest and her husband’s involvement in the poultry and cattle markets, Kathy decided that pursuing a more active land and farm market would be the best career option for her. She joined the team at Southern Heritage Land Company.
