Lathem, ALC » Richard Lathem » Mitch Lathem » Jonathan Lathem » Tabethia Sutton » Rick Cooper Tabethia came to us in May of 2006 from a local real estate company where she was a member of The Million Dollar Club. She is currently a member of the Hall County Board of Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors. She has over ten years administrative experience with organization, multi tasking and detail oriented skills and is also skilled in various computer software programs and office equipment. In 2000 Tabethia helped start TAB Merchandising, Inc. in Oakwood, GA and worked as the Human Resources Manager. She was responsible for the administration and transition of the group medical/dental insurance. She assisted field employees in resolution of any outstanding claims with the carrier. And she was the first point of contact and liaison between doctors, hospitals and employees regarding Worker’s Compensation claims. She also was responsible for the final review and approval of the weekly per diem and bi-weekly payroll processing. She was responsible for the issuance and inventory control of all company equipment, including laptop and desktop computers, printers, digital cameras and corporate cell phones for all field and office personnel. Before her HR Manger job Tabethia was a Surgical Assistant for Dr. Philip Koch in Gainesville, GA. She was responsible for the preparation of surgical instruments and assisting the oral surgeon during surgery. This included administering medications and monitoring the patient during and post-operatively. When not assisting in surgeries her front office duties were to help in scheduling consultations, pre-operative and post-operative appointments, recording medical and dental history of patients and taking x-rays. Tabethia also helped with coordination of benefits between major medical and dental plans and then with processing of insurance billing and follow-up. Processing timesheets for payroll and preparing bank statements were also on her list of duties. Tabethia is originally from the costal area of Mississippi were she grew up with her three brothers and parents, grand parents and great grandmother. Tabethia has three beautiful children, Courtney, Cody and Hannah. She is also a member of Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, GA. She loves being outdoors, gardening, landscaping, photography and interior redesign. Back to Staff |
